Firstly, theoretically speaking, for precision equipment such as force sensors, it should be ensured to operate in a dust-free environment as much as possible. Therefore, when using force sensors in daily life, the equipment should be covered, such as with a special transparent acrylic glass cover or metal sheet. The purpose of doing so is to prevent dust from entering the equipment, causing the movable parts to be unsmooth and affecting the weighing accuracy.

Secondly, there are many circuits in the force sensor, and these circuits are often shielded cables. In order to ensure that there are no abnormalities after the equipment is powered on and used, the connection and grounding points of these shielded wires should be designed reasonably. Moreover, in most cases, the electrical bypass of force sensors is composed of cross-linked copper wires, so it is necessary to avoid thermal radiation, especially strong thermal radiation on one side, to prevent welding current or lightning strikes.

Thirdly, in terms of electrical connections, it should also be noted that if multiple lines are placed side by side to prevent interference, such as signal cables or control lines, they must be spaced at a distance of up to half a meter when placed side by side, and the signal lines should be wrapped in metal tubes.

Fourthly, in order to prevent lateral forces from acting on the force sensor, automatic reset structural components should be used as much as possible when using structural components, which can also reduce errors in weighing.
