Designed for scenarios requiring high reliability, precision, and data traceability. It enhances data storage and system connectivity capabilities based on the Light series.
Key Features:
  • Inherited Basic Functions: Fully retains the core functions of the Light series, including parameter adjustment, QuickRiv technology, pressure control, and safety monitoring.
  • Data Traceability: Supports storage of 150,000 riveting results (including current/stroke curves), records key parameters of each rivet, and allows data export via system connection to meet quality traceability requirements.
  • Expanded Connectivity: Optional Wi-Fi module and barcode scanner, supporting WLAN system connection to bind riveting results with product barcodes, ensuring process compliance.
  • Advanced Programming & Storage: Supports 6-step multi-step programming and can store 100 independent programs; equipped with a rivet counter with count data retention after battery replacement (Recovery function).
  • Hardware Optimization: Continues the brushless motor, OLED display, and multi-color LED status light configuration, with the addition of a contact-type tension sensor to improve riveting accuracy and stability.
Industry 4.0 blind rivet tool supporting process monitoring and data traceability, suitable for riveting applications in aerospace, general industry, and other fields.
Basic Configuration: High-power brushless motor, OLED display, color LED indicators, intelligent battery management, handle vibration alarm, regenerative braking energy recovery, and maintenance reminder presets.
Advanced Functions: Multi-step programming, rivet counter (count data saved after battery replacement), 100 independent programs, storage for 150,000 results (including riveting curves), optional Wi-Fi and barcode reader.
Detection Capability: Some models are equipped with a force sensor (accuracy class ≤0.5%) to monitor parameters such as tension, stroke, speed, and time, enabling OK/NOK evaluation and audio-visual alarms.
