P-Series (Programmable)

Industry 4.0 core pulling rivet tool, supporting process monitoring and data tracing, suitable for riveting needs in aerospace, general industrial and other scenarios.
Basic configuration: brushless high-power motor, OLED display screen, color LED indicator light, intelligent battery management, handle vibration alarm, regenerative braking energy recovery, maintenance reminder preset.
Advanced features: multi-step programming, rivet counter (battery replacement counting saved), 100 independent programs, 150000 result storage (including rivet curves), optional Wi Fi and barcode reader.
Detection capability: Some models are equipped with force sensors (accuracy level ≤ 0.5%) to monitor parameters such as tension, stroke, speed, and time, achieving OK/NOK evaluation and sound and light alarms.
P-Series (Programmable)
Core positioning:
For scenarios that require high reliability and accuracy, as well as data document traceability, the Light series has strengthened its data storage and system connectivity capabilities.
Key features:
Inheriting basic functions: fully retaining the core functions of Light series such as parameter adjustment, QuickRiv technology, pressure control, safety monitoring, etc.
Data traceability capability: Supports the storage of 150000 riveting results (including current/stroke curves), records the key parameters of each riveting, and can export data through system connections to meet quality traceability requirements.
Extended connection function: Wi Fi module and barcode scanner can be optionally selected, supporting WLAN system connection to achieve riveting results and product barcode binding, ensuring process compliance.
Advanced programming and storage: Supports 6-level multi-step programming and can store 100 independent programs; Equipped with a rivet counter, the counting data will not be lost after battery replacement (Recovery function).
Hardware optimization: Continuing the configuration of brushless motor, OLED display screen, and multi-color LED status lights, adding a contact type tension sensor to improve the stability of riveting accuracy.
