Crane simulates the unique design of bolts, which can be combined in various ways according to the instructions, to simulate the standard 30 degree superhard connection to the standard 720 degree superhard connection specified in ISO 5393, as well as various bolt connections with different degrees of softness and hardness in between, thus accurately simulating the actual situation of assembly stations on the production line. If only a single soft and hard simulated bolt is used, the mean deviation (see ISO5393Mean Shift) will result in inaccurate tool torque settings and artificially introduce system bias. Crane simulates the overall sealing design of bolts, ensuring that the internal lubricating grease does not leak out, and only the rotating threaded parts need to be regularly lubricated. When the threaded part is excessively worn, only the threaded part can be replaced to save costs.
